RC ZAJAC PHOTOGRAPHY

Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. My name is Rob Zajac, I live in Milford, CT with my beautiful wife, sweetest daughter, wild-man son and our pups Charlie and Maple. When I’m not shooting, you can find us hiking, fishing or simply relaxing by a campfire. If I could, I would grill cheeseburgers for dinner daily.

I started by simply taking photos for my family and friends, but over the past 13 years it's become so much more than that. I've been lucky enough to meet some amazing people, create new friendships and reconnect with old friends; all while capturing the most important moments of their lives. I love documenting couples journeys from engagement to wedding, maternity and family.

I enjoy using the environment around me to create unique and memorable photos. I focus more on the connection between couples and families, rather than a connection with the camera; images end up having a candid and photojournalistic feel. You'll find that during our sessions, it's a very relaxed atmosphere, we spend most of our time chatting and joking around. Clients almost always finish by saying "wow, that is not at all what I expected our photoshoot to be like." To me, that is the best compliment I could possibly receive, if you feel comfortable and forget there is even a camera there....I am doing my job!
